Frankincense has extraordinary internal and external health benefits. Ancient Egyptians used Frankincense resin for everything from perfume to salves for skin ailments. Have you ever smelt Tom Ford Sahara Noir? Well it smells better than that! It’s woody, spicy and deliciously rich. As the king of oils, Frankincense is known to promote cellular health and immunity and can be taken internally daily for these benefits. It also promotes a healthy inflammatory response and acts as an overall tonic to the body’s systems, helping them function to the best of their ability. When diffused, Frankincense induces feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction, and overall wellness.

Try this zen combo next time you diffuse your oils:

3 drops Frankincense
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Patchouli

Common uses for Frankincense:

Anxiety & stress & depression – apply to temples and wrists
Sleep – apply to soles of feet or diffuse

Wrinkles & anti ageing – apply directly to face in morning for a radiant glow
Heals wounds, cuts, burns
Removes skin tags, moles, warts – apply directly daily
Sunburn relief
Nappy rash – apply with Melaleuca, Lavender and fractionated coconut oil
Pick me up – apply a drop or 2 behind ears
Extreme pain –  6 drops Frank and 6 drops Marjoram in an empty veggie cap

Most of you may know I suffer horrid anxiety. At some stage in our lives we all deal with it. Mine is triggered by illness which is funny because some nights it gets so bad I’m physically sick. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. It’s taken me a lot of emotional and spiritual work to get on top of it but it still rears its ugly head on occasion. I’m learning to live with it and accept it for what it is. Balance, Lavender, Digest Zen and Frankincense have been my go to calming/soothing oils on those hideous evenings. I diffuse in the bedroom and rub on the soles of my feet. Frankincense is extremely comforting and warm, I find I sleep deeper when it’s used before bedtime.

I also suffer from restless leg syndrome at night which drives me crazy, like pull your hair out crazy. It feels like a feather up and down my calves crossed with pins and needles. I recently figured out rubbing two drops of frank on the soles of my feet when I get into bed stops the irritating condition.

Frankincense can be used aromatically, topically and internally and is safe to use diluted on little babes 3 months+.

Frankincense is sold separately for $69.75 if you enrol as a wholesale member or $93.00 retail. It’s also included in the enrollment kits, my 2 fav kits being the Essential Collection $174 or Home Essentials $330. These kits are only available if you enrol as a wholesale member. Well worth it if you want my advice possums. Everything can be purchased from my online store.
